Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. The Dale Farm Sukie Money Back Guarantee promotion is open to Northern Ireland residents only, who are aged 18 years and over and excluding employees (and their families) of Dale Farm Ltd., subsidiary, and associated companies, their agencies, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

2. The Dale Farm Sukie Money Back Guarantee promotion applies to promotional packs of:

  • Dale Farm Sukie Apple & Blackcurrant 250ml 10 pack
  • Dale Farm Sukie Orange 250ml 10 pack
  • Dale Farm Sukie Summer Fruits 250ml 10 pack

Promotional packs are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

3. Purchase necessary. Please retain promotional pack and your original itemised till receipt showing the time and date of purchase prior to claim and during the promotional period as this will be required for validation. Internet access, email address, and valid bank account or Paypal account are required.

4. Purchase period: To take part in the promotion, purchase a promotional 10 pack of Sukie 250ml within the purchase period 00:00 5th August 2024 to 23:59 5th February 2025. Claim period: Claim online at www.sukiehappykids.com between 00:00 5th August 2024 and 23:59 on 19th February 2025.

5. To claim your money back, purchase a promotional 10 pack of Sukie 250ml within the purchase period, and if you are not completely satisfied with the product visit www.sukiehappykids.com, complete the online registration form by entering your personal details including full name, full home address, and a valid email address within the claim period.

Here you will be able to choose your refund method, either via Paypal or BACS. You will need to provide a minimum of 15 words explaining why you did not like your 10 pack of Sukie 250ml and upload a photo of your promotional pack and itemised purchase receipt.

The receipt will need to show purchase of a qualifying promotional 10 pack of Sukie 250ml and must be dated within the promotional period (00:00 5th August 2024 to 23:59 5th February 2025) and before the date of claim. Till receipts and promotional packs must be uploaded in the format of PNG, GIF, or JPEG and a maximum file size limit of 10MB applies. Please keep your original itemised till receipt and promotional pack as it may be required to further verify a claim. Till receipts and promotional packs must not be altered or tampered with.

If you would like to be refunded via bank transfer, you will also need to enter your bank details including sort-code and account number so that we can refund you via BACS once your claim has been verified.

If you opt to receive your money back via Paypal, enter the full name and email address that appears on the Paypal account.

Each valid claim will receive a refund relative to the itemised amount shown on the purchase receipt for the qualifying promotional 10 pack of Sukie 250ml purchased and to a maximum value of £3.70. All claimants will receive an email to the email address provided, either confirming validation or rejection with reasons and, where appropriate, the action required to correct.

6. Claims must be made by 23:59 19th February 2025. Any claim attempts made after this date or receipts that are not dated within the promotional period and prior to date of entry, or don’t show purchase of the following: Dale Farm Sukie Apple & Blackcurrant 250ml 10 pack, Dale Farm Sukie Orange 250ml 10 pack, Dale Farm Sukie Summer Fruits 250ml 10 pack, will be deemed as invalid. The promoter has no control over retailer stock cycles and accepts no responsibility for promotional packs purchased after the closing date.

7. Only one claim for a single refund per household for the entire claim period. Each household can only claim for one pack, regardless of variety or quantity purchased. A receipt can be used only once.

8. Direct claims only, participants cannot make claims under someone else’s name or address. Please ensure you use your legal name at the time of claiming. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Claimant who uses multiple names or any false names and to require them to return to the Promoter any refund awarded.

9. For valid claims, refunds will be provided within 28 days of submission using the refund method selected on the online registration form. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect payments where the details provided were incorrect. Payments cannot be reversed once they have been processed. No replacement payments will be granted. The Promoter is not responsible for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption while the Claimant is on the PayPal platform.

BACS payments will only be made payable to the person whose name appears on the online registration form and the bank details entered. Please ensure your name is typed correctly and matches the name of the account holder.

Paypal payments will only be made payable to the person whose name appears on the online registration form and the email address entered. Please ensure your email is typed correctly and matches the name of the Paypal account holder.

Payments will be administered by VCG PromoRisk. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect payments where the details provided were incorrect. Payments cannot be reversed once they have been processed. No replacement payments will be granted.

10. Each purchase receipt can be used only once. If more than the permitted number of claims are received from the same postal address, bank account or email address, all such claims and any associated claims from their household, bank account or email address will be disqualified. Bulk claims made from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted.

11. Incomplete or illegible claims, or via third parties or syndicates, claims by macros or other automated means, and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is attempting to circumvent this condition by, for example, using identities other than their own or automated means, their claim will be void. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

12. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims including but not limited to asking for packaging, and proof of identity. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s claim requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating.

15. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when claiming. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects fulfilment of their refund.

16. The Promoter and Data Controller will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. All data will be deleted 3 months after the promotion end date. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agencies, VCG PromoRisk & Activation Digital Ltd, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. 18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, or misdirected claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, technical reasons or otherwise.

19. Where a claimant (i) has not completed fully; or (ii) has been found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions of this promotion the Promoter may enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to us of any refund even where a refund has already been awarded and/or actually provided to the claimant or awarded to the claimant in question.

20. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or the fulfilment of refunds, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

22. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.

23. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

24. Northern Ireland law shall govern these terms and conditions and the courts of Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

25. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions, and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
